Something to know about my approach is:

I'm a natural storyteller. I use that in counseling to combine hypnotherapy with traditional talk therapy. This allows the subconscious to absorb information quickly and retain it.

Together, we will:

reduce or get rid of your: nightmares, flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, fears, nervousness, guilt, grief, and sadness.

I specialize in working with people who:

have tried everything else. Bring me your complex trauma; I love difficult cases! Trauma can be brought on by: combat, rape, bad childhoods, bad breakups, addiction, and more. If you're still feeling the effects, it's probably trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted a job where every day was something different. I love watching people grow and change, blooming into the best version of themselves.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm licensed in FL, GA, NY, NV, and VA (and soon to be in IL). I work from home, which I love, since you don't have to commute to me.

I see you as a person who developed a way of coping that has been working for you, mostly, and you're aware you can do better. I know how to get you to better. I don't pathologize you or see you as broken, but doing your best.
