ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
My clients describe me as:
I utilize EMDR with talk therapy to help clients process whatever may be holding them back. I hear you and I see you, and your struggle matters.
Something to know about my approach is:
Several of my niches include teenagers and their parents, adolescents, millennials, incidental and complex trauma survivors, first responders, and anyone who feels lost or unsure of who they are at their core.
Together, we will:
Do you find yourself saying "it is what it is" when things come up? Do you find yourself questioning how you got where you are? Maybe you've just had a really shitty year overall, or you experienced something so terrible you can't verbalize it.
I specialize in working with people who:
are adolescent/teenagers, first responders, trauma survivors, and stuck millennials who are experiencing some sort of dysfunction or discomfort in their day-to-day life.
I became a therapist because:
I've been through some tough stuff, and therapy saved my life. I feel honored to now be able to help others who may be where I was back then.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
Our office caters to everyone! We work with kids, teens, and adults, and our office reflects them all.
More about me and my practice:
I offer a relatable approach with my clients. In my office, clients never have to apologize for using "foul" language because idgaf how you express yourself, only that you're comfortable doing so.
