Something to know about my approach is:

I approach my work with honor, however I also hold my clients accountable. Clients in the past have called me a "hardass" (and thanked me for it) because I call BS when I hear it, and I expect my clients to work harder than me in their own healing.

I can help you figure out why you keep saying "it is what it is" instead of actually doing the work to shift whatever "it" is. We will identify whatever is keeping you stuck and work together to get you on a new path towards healing and happiness.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with adolescents/teenagers, first responders, mass shooting/gun violence survivors, veterans, fellow mental health providers, millennials, and anyone struggling to find their purpose in the world.

I became a therapist because:

I've been through some tough stuff, and therapy saved my life. I feel honored to now be able to help others who may be where I was back then.

More about me and my practice:

I utilize EMDR with talk therapy to help clients process whatever may be holding them back. I strive to create a safe environment for my clients and use a more conversational approach. My goal is to help my clients successfully graduate from therapy.
