In working with me, I take a goal oriented approach to therapy. I try to uncover the underlying issue to get to the root of the problem. Many of my clients have seen progress through this in all aspects of their life.

discuss goals and come up with a plan to help clients reach their potential. Change and growth is exceptionally difficult, in practice we navigate these challenges together.

I specialize in working with people who:

are open to change and working on their issues. I pride myself in giving clients the tools to change in session one. We then work on the broader plan to make more significant change over all.

I became a therapist because:

because I want to be able to offer a level of mental health care that has become hard to find. My niche is always being there for my clients.
