My practice includes but is not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy for depression/anxiety, Cognitive processing therapy for PTSD/trauma, interpersonal psychotherapy for depression, couples/marriage counseling and addictions.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in all forms of trauma, (including military trauma) as well as addictions and relationship issues.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help heal hurting people find the peace and serenity they are searching for in their lives and relationships.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am currently a Telehealth therapist and offer sessions evenings, weekends and holidays.
