I draw from a wide variety of approaches as I don't believe one approach works for everyone. Some of my most used approaches include suggested books, worksheets, journaling, mindfulness, exploring beliefs, how they developed and challenging thoughts

Explore the impact of your childhood on your life and relationships now. We will put your past in the past where it belongs so it is not bleeding into today. We will work to heal the wounded parts of you including the child that is still inside.

I specialize in working with people who:

Who grew up in families where there was some type of instability or turmoil. This could have been from addiction, mental health, abuse, neglect, anger, poverty, foster care placement, religious trauma or other trauma. You are not responsible for it.

I became a therapist because:

I understand the need to have someone who can stand with you in the pain and help you move through it to the other side.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

You can have therapy from the comfort of your home or on break from work as my practice is 100% virtual. Video, phone and chat are possible modes.
