My clients describe me as:
You will be provided a warm, safe environment where we can explore patterns that are holding you back and find ways of moving forward.

I specialize in working with people who:
I support adult clients who are struggling with grief, trauma, caregiving, relationship issues, and prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety, codependency, boundary issues, shame, depression, and anxiety.
More about me and my practice:
My first husband was diagnosed with cancer in September 2004 and died in February 2006. The experience of spousal caregiving and young widowhood eventually led me to change careers from federal Special Agent to become a mental health counselor.
