A caring, compassionate, calming presence who keeps it real. My teen clients think I'm cool and would call me funny or "cringe," depending on the day.

Something to know about my approach is:

I strive to be as nonjudgmental and empathetic as possible. I am eclectic and believe in holistic wellness. Aside from traditional talk therapy, I offer a technique called Brainspotting, which is probably unlike anything you've ever done!

Navigate life challenges, explore tough topics, increase your confidence, and learn new coping strategies to improve your overall wellbeing, while processing and overcoming past trauma.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have experienced early childhood trauma, trauma throughout the lifespan, and domestic violence. I enjoy working with teen girls (14+) and adult women of all ages, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it's like to suffer in silence. I am trauma survivor who has done my own therapy, and I am passionate about helping others.
