I use gentle and encouraging methods to assist those who wish to re-design their lives. Since no two people are alike, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to 're-designing' problems such as anger behavior management, anxiety issues, and PTSD.

Together we will find ways of untangling those issues that interfere in creating the life you want to live. All issues are welcome for discussion, and you may take whatever time you need to work through them. Your therapy will be designed by you.

are motivated to solve problems and re-design their lives. Whether those problems stem from relationship issues (including gaslighting), anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, grief, life transitions or resolution of childhood experiences, therapy CAN work!

I have my life has been about helping people. It's my honor to assist those looking to redesign their lives.

It is essential that I provide a safe and supportive space for my clients. Teletherapy allows the opportunity for my client to choose that space.

More about me and my practice:

I am the mother of 2 adult children who have taught me more about me than anything else. I have taught 1st, 6th, 7th grades and on the collegiate level. Also, I am an author and speaker on the local, state, national and international levels.
