I use a variety of modalities and methods however ultimately therapy boils down to the rapport I have with you. I believe that everyone is capable of change. My job is not to change you but to guide you to change yourself.

People tend to discuss their frustrations and struggles in their current situations in life. Sometimes, together we explore how these struggles may stem from issues from their past.

I have been told by my clients that I am genuine, non-judgmental, and funny. Also, clients say that I challenge them but with empathy and warmth.

I specialize in helping people who struggle with addiction, trauma, and depression. However, I find that most of my clients, no matter their presenting issue, have similar experiences of not feeling seen or heard.

I switched careers after being a teacher. I realized that based on my own life experiences and talents, I rather help people in a different capacity.

In order to make thearpy accessible to the most amount of people, I only offer telehealth therapy.
