I strongly believe in evidence-based treatment and neuroscience. I do a lot of discussions about this in my treatment. I also believe in getting to the root of the problem and sometimes that involves going back to the past with clients.

Work on whatever you would like. I will also offer my insights and things that I am noticing for you to consider. I do this because it helps people to grow their own insight.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have worked with a wide variety of people but my favorite things to work with are anxiety disorders, panic attacks, parenting and deep rooted issues from childhood.

I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to be a Psychologist since I was young because I care about people deeply and love to see people grow.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I own a large counseling company but I myself only provide therapy virtually.
