I am psychoanalytic in my approach bringing your unconscious to your conscious mind. Incorporating Brainspotting, and Biofeedback into sessions help combine both the mind and body allowing you to develop skills to help you regulate your body.

Together, we will:

Explore and address past hurts, and traumas and how we can improve the relationships most important to you. We will also work together to develop insight into how these impact your intersecting identities, creating more functional pattens in life.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggling to figure out how to love themselves and where they belong no matter their identity. I help my patients let go of fear, shame, and past hurts so they can embrace their life with love, and confidence, and be more active in their identities.
