are (or want to be) self-aware and ready for change. I personally and professionally connect with clients struggling with dysfunctional family systems, generational trauma and boundary-setting. I love empowering my clients to learn and break cycles.
I became a therapist because:
I believe in the importance of self discovery, personal growth and healing. Therapy was part of my journey in adolescence & I love empowering others!
