I specialize in working with people who:

18+ adults who are ready to grow, change, and heal themselves. Life may bring challenges and we are constantly adjusting to our environment. If you are struggling with negative thoughts, sensations, symptoms or images I am here to help!

I firmly believe in the education of taking care of oneself in a healthy way to succeed in life with inner peace and self compassion

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which may relieve distressful images, sensations and other symptoms in as little as one-five sessions.
