My approach is strengths-based, as well as integrative, and that I believe in working with my clients collaboratively to help them find balance, joy, and restore peace in their lives. There is no “one size fits” all approach to therapy.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are either dating, engaged, or married. I help disconnected couples who struggle to communicate reconnect, learn new ways to share with each other and improve their conflict resolution skills.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in person services in a time where many other providers are virtual only. We have 3 different therapy rooms and also offer hypnotherapy.
