My goal is to help you unravel your thoughts, feelings, and emotions surrounding whatever issue/event/etc that you bring to session, while creating a space that allows you to feel safe doing such. The work is hard, but the reward is even better!

Work together to identify and cope with constant or new life stressors, and continue to set goals for continuous improvement. We will also spend time figuring out who you really are, what your needs, wants, and goals are, and how we can achieve them.

Want to explore their identity, who are going through tough life transitions, and/or who want someone to sit there and listen and provide a new perspective on their life. Who want to be challenged to be better, and want to learn new things about them

I became a therapist because:

I am a Miamian who wanted to come back and offer the help I needed when growing up here and going through college and other life events.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

That I am completely online! Telehealth is the most accessible way of therapy, and I want to make sure that everyone is able to have it as an option.

I do free 15 minute consultations and am more than happy to talk to you about what your needs and goals are! I also do sliding scale, so we can work together to find something that works for you. You and your needs are the center of the session.
