I treat each client with respect and individualize their therapy to meet their personal needs. My most common modality is CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) which focuses on our thought patterns that lead to our behaviors.

Work to decrease the distressing symptoms and improve your quality of life. For some clients this means exploring the past, for others, it's focusing on looking forward to the future. Together we will create a plan that is most comfortable for you.

I was inspired at a young age by my Uncle, who was a Social Worker. I knew I wanted to help others and had an amazing role model who inspired me.

I offer tele-therapy to clients which I believe extends my reach to many clients who are unable or uncomfortable going into a formal office setting.
