I use a Solution-Focused approach, this approach allows us to discover what your desired outcome is in therapy. Your desired outcome is the change you're hoping to accomplish. From there we can explore the available pathways to achieve that change.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize working with men who struggle with depression, imposter syndrome, trauma, & grief. Specifically Hispanic men who've experienced cultural stigma regarding being in therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I've seen how Hispanic's downplays mental health issues to avoid showing weakness. Its why I strive to be an advocate for mental health.

I offer telehealth services, which gives you convenience and greater control over your time. You can have therapy from the comfort of your own home.
