I specialize in working with people who:

are exhausted making everyone else happy but themselves. I specialize in helping clients break the cycle of codependency and perfectionism and find their way back to loving themselves and rid themselves of fears, worries, and anxiety.

In my experience, there are not enough safe spaces where others can come to receive unconditional acceptance and be able to process hard moments.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Being able to provide TeleTherapy gives clients the ability to do sessions in the comfort of their own home in a setting where they feel the most safe

I provide a free 15 minute consultation to discuss what your needs are and to ensure we both feel comfortable moving forward. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
