My clients describe me as:
warm, calming, compassionate, understanding, directional, educational, flexible, supportive, and gently challenging.
Something to know about my approach is:
It is a cognitive-behavioral approach to Christian Counseling, assisting with self discovery and positive growth, while keeping Christ at the forefront. I provide practical knowledge and skills-acquisition alongside deep therapeutic work.
Together, we will:
work to establish relational wellness in every area of your life. Whether you are single, dating, engaged, or married, we will explore the health of your relationships and address the issues that are keeping them from being harmonious.
I specialize in working with people who:
are Christians struggling with dating and relationships. I work with both individuals and couples at any stage of a relationship. Typically my clients are experiencing anxiety and issues with boundaries, communication, or past unpleasant experiences.
I became a therapist because:
it felt like the most natural fit and a true calling. I became interested in Psychology from a young age and pursued its study throughout my life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
it is a private office located within a law firm, providing all the benefits of a therapy office without overtly advertising as such.
More about me and my practice:
I have been in the field for over 10 years and my career has led me to work with a variety of populations with diverse mental health conditions. Helping Christians with dating and relationships has become my passion and area of expertise.
