I delight in utilizing creative interventions where appropriate. We may create a collage, plant some seeds, paint, walk and talk, or work with an equine partner. The creative process, nature, and movement are helpful in gaining insight and healing.

Ease the burden of pressure and perfection, manage anxiety and distress in transitions, and understand yourself on a deeper level. We'll work with emotions as they arise and practice boundaries and healthy communication in a safe, affirming place.
