In therapy, I utilize talk therapy with active listening and motivational interviewing (asking questions). This is mixed with identifying fun and new ways to overcome negative life situations and cope with stress and life transitions.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with clients who have anxiety, stress, are going through life transitions, and/or are depressed. However, I specialize in sex therapy...whether that is spicing up your sex life or overcoming sexual trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I wanted to help others navigate life issues and not feel as alone as I did when I have struggled.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I enjoy talking, problem-solving, and teaching others new coping skills. Having a therapist that enjoys their work makes therapy fun for the client.

More about me and my practice:

I understand stress and anxiety that comes with life and life transitions....single parenting, married life, going to college, unemployment, working, military life, and even financial struggles. We often forget that we are not alone in our struggles.
