I use an integrative approach, pulling from the techniques and skills I feel are going to best help you. I lean more towards strengths, values, gratitude and acceptance as core guiding principles, but ultimately you are the best expert on yourself.

Identify areas that are bothering you most, explore how to navigate those areas, and work together to move you towards the goals you have for yourself. You'll have a safe space to discuss anything that is impacting you.

We are a telehealth only practice, based out of St. Augustine, FL. We recognize that telehealth can make access to mental health services easier for a variety of reasons and want to increase access to care.
