I specialize in working with people who:

are 16+ years old, identify as LGBTQ+, are stressed, overwhelmed, and looking for someone who listens and helps them learn skills and boundaries. My best clients will want to want to feel empowered, encouraged, and confident about themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I had a person who listened and understood my experiences. Now I want to help others move their barriers to unblock their unlimited potential.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I do "Walk & Talk" therapy with my in-person clients, & have a confidential space for virtual (possible sightings of Wally & Gidget, my fur babies).

I'm focused on helping teens and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety and minor depression, feeling misunderstood and seeking validation & empathy. I continuously learn new methods and creative ways to bring joy and healing to our lives.
