I help children, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety and depression within their relationships, life transitions, LGBTQ+ community, and self-esteem related issues. I provide a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental and collaborative.

I love people and I love listening to their story and what makes them, them. I am forever amazed at how resilient the human spirit is.
