I like to take a person-centered approach. I believe that each individual should participate in the treatment planning process that is beneficial for themselves but can also work towards reaching their goals in a healthy and safe way.

I work with my clients by first identifying the issue, then developing strategies that will assist in change and reaching goals for the client. I do this by implementing different intervention that involve art, music, talk therapy, and many more.
