I like to take a person-centered approach. I believe that each individual should participate in the treatment planning process that is beneficial for themselves but can also work towards reaching their goals in a healthy and safe way.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with my clients by first identifying the issue, then developing strategies that will assist in change and reaching goals for the client. I do this by implementing different intervention that involve art, music, talk therapy, and many more.

I became a therapist because:

I love helping people and always had a passion for talking to people and helping them in getting through their problems in a healthy and positive way.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently offer therapy on telehealth. I love doing telehealth when both the client and I are in a quiet space and can discuss ideas freely.

I have been working with individuals who have substance related and co-occurring mental health issues for over 10 years. In my current practice, I specialize in issues with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, coping skills, relapse prevention, and more
