I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional through Evergreen Certifications. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.

Together we will explore your feelings and work on setting goals. Therapy is a safe place to talk about anything that you need to get off your chest. I like to collaborate with my clients and teach you the tools to overcome anxiety and fear.

I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing anxiety. I love helping clients overcome their fears and take control back of their life. I have a lot of experience helping clients with OCD, compulsions, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, phobias, social,and generalized anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy helping people. I’ve always been a good listener. I really love being a therapist and watching my clients get better. It is a very rewarding.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, which is very effective for OCD and overcoming fears.
