Clients describe me as understanding, relatable, supportive, and compassionate—someone who listens without judgment and helps them find their voice.
My approach is client-centered, culturally informed, and trauma-sensitive. I prioritize building trust, creating a safe space, and empowering clients to explore their challenges and strengths at their own pace.
Clients will have the opportunity to discuss themes like identity, mental health struggles (anxiety, stress, depression), family dynamics, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, boundaries, and finding balance in their lives.
I specialize in supporting Black and Brown clients, ages 10-25, through the struggles they face with identity, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, and family issues. I create a space where they can be real, feel heard, and heal on their own terms.
I want to explore the stigma of mental health in BIPOC individual/families to decrease generational trauma.
I offer virtual therapy that feels personal and accessible, meeting clients where they are—literally and emotionally—across multiple states.
I'm a laid-back but direct therapist who values honesty, culture, and connection. I blend talk therapy with creative tools like journaling, visuals, and humor to help clients open up, grow, and heal in a way that actually feels real and doable.
