I focus on building a trusting and collaborative relationship that helps you feel understood, valued, and empowered. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and includes strategies from various therapeutic approaches.

When you have your first session with me, my goal is for you to feel an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. By the end of the session, I hope you leave with something just as important: a renewed sense of possibility and hope. Together, we start to imagine the possibility of relief, growth, and change.
