I am have experience as a hospice counselor, and a trauma-informed therapist. I treat depression, end-of-life, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and bereavement. I also have training in infertility grief and women's health.

I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to help others, and be their best selves. I love to meet and learn about people and their life stories. Instilling Empowerment!

More about me and my practice:

As a military spouse, I am licensed in several states. We have moved all over, which is why I established a tele-health practice, Crimson Cardinal Counseling. Often the cardinal is seen as someone we love is near, and I want people to feel valued.
