I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help folks live their best lives more than I could as an educator, so I returned to grad school & got my license as an LMHC!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My practice is entirely online, so therapy happens at your convenience, wherever you are, however you are, as long as you are in the state of Florida.

I have lived on the Space Coast of East Central Florida most of my life. I am passionate about helping others grow & learn, education, the outdoors, reading, mindfulness, and self-care.
