I strongly believe in the importance of educating patients on the knowledge/skills that empirical research show work to beat fear/anxiety, while also building self-efficacy to use these skills. After all, YOU are the expert in YOU!

are struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, avoidance of activities, low mood, or repetitive actions/behaviors that are distressing or disrupting.
I became a therapist because:
there is nothing that brings me more joy and fulfillment than helping others know that they are not alone, and you do not have to live struggling.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer mostly remote teletherapy, and often have availability to meet within 24 hours of first contact.
More about me and my practice:
I love reading, watching films, and going to Disney World. After therapy sessions, I love letting patients meet my dog, Wednesday, and I love to discuss Harry Potter, MCU, and Star Wars. I can’t wait to meet your family!
