children, teens or adult survivors of childhood trauma, sexual or physical abuse, or other various forms of trauma.

of my own story and healing journey. I understand that bravery required to do the hard work.

More about me and my practice:

I offer traditional weekly format of 1 hr sessions, as well as 90 minute sessions to dive deeper through EMDR, but favorite way to fast track healing is through 1 or 2 day therapy intensives.
