I specialize in working with people who:

Individuals that have recurring thoughts about their trauma, feel misunderstood, are unable to enjoy simple moments due to constant fears & anxieties. They have the fear of being re-traumatized by unpacking their trauma. Struggle with relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I have the ability to naturally build rapport and find strength in my clients. I enjoy working with people of all cultures and adapting to their needs

I appreciate being able to reach clients who have difficulty finding a therapist in their area because I can help them virtually.

I help clients who are experiencing challenging circumstances such as difficulty dealing with long term trauma, chronic disease or illness, those who have "given up hope", and those who are unable to function day to day due to a traumatic experience.
