I’ve been providing mental health/counseling services for over 20 years. I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions and other disorders.

I became a therapist because:

I love to see people become their best selves. I love to support people to do that, to learn that with awareness, they have a choice to change.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently offer Telehealth therapy. This platform allows clients to be comfortable in their own space and to reach a more people geographically.
