I assist clients in learning tools to become more present, to manage challenging thought patterns, and to live a life engaging in what really matters to them. As a trained yoga teacher, I also use movement as clinically indicated and requested.

are struggling with anxiety and finding it is getting in they way of living the life they desire. Maybe that means not showing up in their relationship the way they'd like, struggling to steady racing thoughts, or fearing of asking for help.
