I utilize several standard therapy methods, but my approach is to humanize and understand you. I want you to feel safe and connected in order to deeper your understanding of your obstacles and ease the pain of burnout to help you find success.

Find the strength and knowledge that already exist within you and learn to put your skills to use towards new goals. We will instill hope and help you find peace and confidence while learning that you are never going to be alone again.

I specialize in working with people who:

have a history of childhood trauma, have difficulty with daily focus, struggle with relationship problems, and those who might be questioning their identity and self-worth.

I became a therapist because:

I have a heart for finding the pain of others and offering a safe space to be authentic and connected. I want you to know you are not alone!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth, and I also see clients in person in New Smyrna Beach within walking distance of Riverside Park because nature is important to me.
