I use a holistic approach. I lsee how things are connected: from your current struggles, your dreams, your beliefs, your physical well-being, your relationships. From the whole picture, we address the root block in order to create transformation.

Find your uniqueness! We'll uncover what sets you apart so you live in your full soul expression. We will look for sources of blocks: limiting beliefs, old traumas, stories you've inherited generations ago, and then intentionally release them!

Are highly sensitive, intuitive, creative and fiery! I love to work with people with an abundance of energy, or find that they are very up and down. I teach you how to regulate, direct and harness your energy/emotions in order to feel more effective.

I became a therapist because:

I am a sensitive and empathic person with a lot of compassion for others. I have learned how to use empathy to be of service. I want to listen.

I work in a creative group with integrity. We only work with clients who can benefit from therapy with us and we refer out when needed.
