I believe in meeting you where you are therapeutically, while also encouraging you to challenge yourself in the therapeutic process. My role is to facilitate your path to healing and provide guidance and encouragement to help you build resiliency.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. I work with adult populations, including civilians, active-duty military, and veterans. I enjoy working with multicultural clients and am LGBTQ+ affirming.

I became a therapist because:

I know how hard it can be to find a space where we feel comfortable processing traumas & stressors, & I hope that I can provide that space for others.

My approach is eclectic & holistic & is tailored to your needs, strengths, personality, & identity. I mainly utilize person-centered therapy, CBT, and aspects of IFS & I am trained in EMDR, CPT, PE, & SMART Recovery. I am also DBT-certified.
