My approach is a relational approach. We focus first on the relationship you have with yourself and second on how you view yourself in relationship to the world around you. There's a better you just waiting to be uncovered.

My love of people and stories. I'm always honored when someone decides to share their story with me and let me help them create happiness.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

There are 10 of us on staff and we absolutely love each other. So even if we aren't a good fit, someone else will be.

More about me and my practice:

Before I begin working in mental health counseling, I worked for about 10 years in a variety of substance abuse treatment facilities and programs. Working with individuals in recovery gave me more than I ever gave them.
