I try to custom fit my approach to each client and their specific needs. I challenge when appropriate while still supporting and encouraging my clients to meet their goals.

Together, we will:

utilize psychodynamic therapy as I find our struggles usually have its roots in our past experiences and childhood. For this same reason, I often bring in attachment-based interventions to help toward fully healing.

I offer therapy online-only at the moment where the best co-workers, my dog and cat, occasionally make an appearance to offer support.
