My approach is a person-centered and from a strength perspective. I like to collaborate and set goals together with my clients and acknowledge their development and healing throughout their therapeutic journey.

I allow clients to discuss whatever they are comfortable sharing. I like to collaborate with my clients and establish goals, based on the reason they came to therapy and other issues the client may not be aware of but, could be hindering growth.

I specialize in working with people who:

My clients are those functioning in life, but are still unhappy dealing with anxiety and depression. My clients include, mothers, fathers, single women & men and married & unmarried couples. Clients report less symptoms in the first six sessions.

I became a therapist because:

I am a product of divorced parents and the pain I felt when my parents split as a child, was painful and isolating. Thus, my pain became my purpose.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I want clients to know that I am a warm-hearted person, and this is a safe place for them to be vulnerable and share when they are ready.
