Personable and relatable. I want to normalize the idea of speaking to a therapist. Clients can be their true selves without the pressure.

I use a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. No matter how "small" these issues seem to others, if it's big to you, I want to help. Mental Health is not some that is just a one size fits all. Everyone has their own journey.

I became a therapist because:

There should be no qualifications of "what is big enough". If it's big enough to you then it's big enough. If it matters to you then it matters!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It can be done anywhere! We are able to schedule a time in a place that works best for you with out all the potential challenges.

I feel that you being comfortable in your own space and the flexibility virtual sessions provides makes up for the screen. I feel that means I need to work that much harder to make a connection, and I will. Feeling heard and seen is important to me.
