Something to know about my approach is:
I think using tools like role-play, or revisiting conversations you've had is a great way to be able to develop better communication strategies and get comfortable with using words to describe how we feel. I use the "feeling wheel" a lot.
Together, we will:
Process your stressors and your strengths. We will challenge the thought patterns that promote the stressor, and use your strengths to practice new, adaptive thoughts and behaviors. We will also learn to communicate our needs and boundaries.
