At times my work is instructional as I help fill in the gaps on how your body and brain work, what emotions are, what they’re useful for, and what we’re supposed to do with them. I teach specific skills for how to respond to your feelings.
Together, we will:
Hike through new emotional territory! I’ll encourage you to look under rocks and wade through rivers, and I’ll stand behind you for balance when you feel unsteady. You may feel exhausted, yet satisfied and amazed as you reach the summit!
I specialize in working with people who:
feel anxious! Whether that anxiety causes panic attacks, phobias, an eating disorder, insomnia, etc. if it's based in anxiety, I'm your gal :)

I use primarily evidence-based treatments because I want to offer you what I know is most likely to be effective!

The client comes with goals and intentions, and I follow them where they need to go. My mantra is that you are the expert on your own self. I’m just here to give you the space, tools, and power to follow your own inner wisdom.
