My clients would describe me as incredibly kind and caring. But at the same time, I am not afraid to tell me clients what they need to hear.

I am very person-centered and modify my approach based on my client needs and wants. I am good at getting to "the root" of issues and not afraid to go deep. I use CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused among many other techniques to help client get "unstuck".

I have experience working with all populations (children, teens, adults, older adults) both male, female, non-binary. I have experience with trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, foster and adoption.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to share my strength of empathy to help others be the best version of themselves and to allow people to always know their voice matters.
