I have training in various approaches that can foster insight and highlight solutions. One size doesn't fit all, so I'll create a plan based on your specific needs and goals for therapy with a focus on empowering clients in ways that work for YOU!

work on tools to build self-worth, improve communication and conflict resolution skills, implement tools to manage problematic behaviors, foster healthy relationships, and upgrade your sex life based on your unique needs and wants.

I specialize in working with people who:

are part of the LGBTQIA+ or kink community, have or think they have ADHD, feel like a "square peg in a round hole,” and are just looking for something different than they're used to in therapy.
