I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of substance abuse treatment. Over the past 3 years I have added to this speciality and enjoy working with various addictions, negative thinking, trauma, and anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

Understanding the WHY is so valuable. Once you strengthen self-awareness you can change your life. I want to educate and guide others on that journey.
