I listen to you! I do know all kinds of stuff. I research all kinds of stuff. But you own your own therapy and everything I know about you is listed between these quotation marks, " ". I am not a know it all. You & I can figure it out together.

I tell people, "We can start with the day you were born, today, or any day in between." I want to know what makes you, you! Then we will find a way to make a more energetic, positive, driven YOU!

I help people break down the complicated problems into small manageable steps that can help tear down what was once considered to be major immovable roadblocks.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because I believe we are put on this earth to serve. Algebra taught me I wasn't going to be an MD, so here I am ready to listen!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I previously had done a lot of home visits because people getting to an office just seemed to ADD stress. Now with telehealth more people can connect!

More about me and my practice:

Tell me what works and does not work for you. Once a client said to me "Cut me open, dig deep!" I replied, "I am a psychotherapist, not a psychic." You have to work at this, too! Being honest and open can be scary but it is the only path to growth!
