My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Interpersonal Therapy because improving our relationships can improve our wellbeing. Art, music, writing, photography, crafting, roleplaying, narration, drama & more can be incorporated.

I try to set goals and assess them every few sessions to show progress or alter our goals as needed. Ultimately, the goal is to create a forward momentum that will translate into everyday life.

I have been privileged to work with clients from 4 years old to 78 years old. Each period in our lives comes with unique challenges and rewards. My biggest strength is the ability to listen without judgement and learn about who a person truly is.
