I specialize in working with people who:

I have experience with depression and/or anxiety, and life transition with men and women. I also work with couples and parent-child relationships working on regaining trust, security, communication, and listening skills.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help others as there were times in my past that I lost myself. Therapy helped me find my boundaries and self-worth.

Therapy can be done via Zoom or in person at my office in Pembroke Pines.
